because your creativity is valuable, we support you in keeping it a source of fulfillment.

about me

Giada is a certified ICF coach and the founder of AFLOW Architecture.

Originally from Italy, she pursued her studies in Genoa, Paris, and London. Her professional journey took her to London and Lausanne, where she held leadership roles within architectural teams and collaborated with professionals across the globe. Driven by a deep interest in personal development, Giada completed her coaching certification in 2021, after several years of exploration in the field.

Since 2011, she has been living and working in Switzerland. She is fluent in English, French, and Italian.

With nearly two decades of experience in the international architecture industry, Giada has cultivated a deep understanding of the complexities and pressures of fast-paced, high-demand creative environments. Like many professionals, she spent years navigating tight deadlines and the often-blurred boundaries between personal and professional life—eventually finding herself disconnected from her purpose and questioning her career path.

Coaching became a turning point. What once felt like burnout evolved into a moment of clarity: a chance to reflect, reset, and redefine her values. Through this transformation, Giada not only took back control of her own life but also developed the tools to help others do the same.

Today, Giada supports professionals—especially those in creative and purpose-driven fields—in designing lives that align with their true aspirations. Her approach empowers clients to believe that a fulfilling, balanced life isn't just an ideal, but a real and reachable goal.

By combining her dual expertise as both a coach and an architect, Giada helps her clients reconnect with their passion, refine their vision, and bring it to life with clarity and confidence.

As a coach, she offers structure, presence, and trust—paired with evidence-based techniques and intuitive guidance. As an architect, she brings creative thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to turn abstract ideas into meaningful action.

Since 2023, Giada has also been collaborating as an Associate Coach with BetterUp, a global leader in professional development.

Through coaching, I guide my clients in reconnecting with their strengths, reclaiming their sense of agency, and designing a life they truly feel in control of, professionally and personally.

I’m deeply aware of the entrenched—and often harmful—culture that persists across industries, from universities to creative studios to corporate offices. In these environments, individuals are often expected to conform in order to advance, sacrificing authenticity for acceptance. This mindset stands in direct opposition to the values that should underpin any profession—especially creative ones.

While I don’t expect to change these systemic patterns overnight, I believe that supporting individuals is the essential first step toward lasting cultural transformation. This belief is at the heart of AFLOW Coaching-Lab—my way of contributing to a healthier, more human-centered professional world.

The inspiration for creating Coaching-Lab goes beyond my professional expertise. It comes from my own lived experience—one that many creative professionals around the world will recognise.

In today’s fast-paced world, we’re constantly striving for more. Higher goals. Faster progress. Greater validation. We push ourselves to meet expectations, to “fit in,” to be accepted. And in doing so, we often lose touch with who we are.

We begin to:

  • Lie to ourselves—forcing ourselves to believe in a version of success we don’t truly identify with.

  • Lie to others—presenting a polished persona that hides our authenticity.

  • Play a role—one that doesn’t reflect our values, our creativity, or our truth.

Eventually, we start to question whether a fulfilling life—both professional and personal—is even possible. We convince ourselves that we can’t change, that we have no choice but to follow the path we’ve been shown.

But here’s what I believe:

Transformation is not just for others. It’s not luck. It’s within reach—even more so should be for creative minds.

My mission is to help fellow professionals recognise that their goals, their joy, and their personal growth are not out of reach. What they need isn’t to “be more”—they already have the motivation, vision, and imagination. These qualities simply need to be uncovered and trusted again.
